This will bring you to the NA server cluster of this game. If you arent in NA it will automatically detect it and give you the option to go to the portal which fits best to you (NA,EU,SEA,RUS)

It will grant you an 21 Day Trial Account instead of the normal 14 day trial account.

Make sure to do the Tutorial Missions in eve they will let you know everything you need to know and will give you free stuff for you to start with.
